Rome, 1 July 2013 –It is announced that the notice of call to Extraordinary General Meeting of Atlantia S.p.A., called on 8 August 2013 at 10.00am, in first call, and, if necessary, in second call on 9 August 2013, has been published today on “Il Sole 24 Ore” and it is available on the Company’s website (https://www.atlantia.it/en/investors/general-meetings.html). The documents related to the agenda will be made available to the public within the terms provided by law.
