Our corporate website is designed to meet the AA level of accessibility, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Mundys’s website is partially compliant with the requirements set by Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, and the WCAG 2.1 AA standards, with the aim of ensuring fair access for all users. Some exceptions, described below, are subject to continuous improvements to achieve full compliance. 

Non-Accessible Content 

Currently, not all PDF documents available on the site fully meet the required accessibility criteria. We are working to make these contents compliant with the required standards. 

Accessibility Tools and Keyboard Shortcuts 

To facilitate navigation, you can use keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Alt + Shift + access key. 
  • Safari: press Command + access key. 

These tools allow direct access to chapters, page sections, and functionalities such as language change, search, and printing. 

Reports and Assistance Requests 

If you encounter content or features that you believe do not comply with accessibility principles, you can contact us to report them and request content in an alternative format. 

Send an email to communications@mundys.com, specifying: 

  • Your full name. 
  • The address of the page or feature. 
  • A description of the issue encountered. 
  • The device and browser used. 
  • Any assistive technologies employed.
