We are committed to preventing and combating the occurrence of unlawful acts in the course of our activities, because we are aware of the negative effects of corrupt practices on economic and social development in the areas in which we operate, which are of high social importance.

Policy objectives

In confirmation of our commitment, the Anticorruption Policy summarises and integrates into an organic framework the rules for preventing and tackling Corruption, already in force in the Group, with the aim of further raising awareness among the Recipients of the rules and conduct that must be observed.

Scope of application

The Policy is designed to apply to all our companies, in any country, and provides a useful framework for identifying, reviewing and achieving anticorruption objectives.
