Safety first

We adopt a structured approach to risk prevention and management, with clear guidelines and responsibilities at the Group level, supported by dedicated organizational structures.

Our commitment extends beyond direct employees: we actively promote and monitor health and safety practices also among indirect workers and suppliers. Group companies accounting for 65% of revenues have adopted management systems certified to the ISO 45001 standard.

The steady decline in the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) – which remains in line with “ESG Roadmap @2030” objectives – confirms the effectiveness of measures we have adopted. Safety remains a monitored area, one for which we continue to strengthen our tools, processes, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in our performance.
