Active Citizenship
On October 7, 2021, we entered into an ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP agreement with the trade unions that encourages employees to offer their commitment to third sector activities. This agreement allows us to nurture the desire to use our skills in the service of the community. We believe this arrangement is mutually beneficial. It lets us apply our expertise to the third sector while simultaneously deepening the very qualities that the sector embodies and that are increasingly prized in business: openness, inclusion, identity, diversity, relationships, solidarity, persistence, positivity, physical and emotional energy, and the balance between individuality and community.
