Change in issued capital and publication of revised articles of association

Rome, 2 December 2013 – The new structure of Atlantia SpA’s issued capital has changed following the completion of the merger of Gemina with and into Atlantia. The new Articles of Association of Atlantia are available at the Company’s registered office and on its website.
