Atlantia BOD: New proposal by CDP, Blackstone e Macquarie for 88% of ASPI examined

CET 20.22 Rome, 28 December 2020 – Today’s Board of Directors of Atlantia SpA examined the offer letter for the purchase of the entire 88% stake held in Autostrade per l’Italia, received on 23 December from CDP Equity S.p.A., Blackstone Infrastructure Advisors LLC and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited.
