Tiziano Ceccarani is Chief Financial Officer of Mundys since 17 September 2019. Is a director of several Group companies. Born in Milan, he obtained a degree in Operations Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, where he was subsequently awarded a master’s degree in Engineering & Contracting.
He began his career in 2001 at the Enel Group, working in M&A. In 2005, he joined Terna as Head of M&A and, in 2008, was appointed CFO of the listed Brazilian subsidiary, Terna Participações. From 2010, he was Head of Planning & Control at the Terna Group, where he became CFO and Manager Responsible for Financial Reporting in 2016. He also served as a member of the boards of several the Terna Group’s Italian and overseas subsidiaries.
In September 2017, he joined Poste Italiane as Head of Planning & Control, before being appointed head of Planning, Control & Financial Reporting and Manager Responsible for Financial Reporting in 2018. Whilst at the Poste Italiane Group, he was also a member of the board of PostePay.
