Saturday, October 23rd 2021, we participated in the fourth edition of the festival L'Eredità delle Donne, which was held live in Florence at the Manifattura Tabacchi. L'Eredità delle Donne aggregates a network of female expertise in numerous fields, aiming to create connections between different generations of scientists, economists, writers, artists, urban planners, environmentalists, activists, politicians and entrepreneurs.

We participated in the event through the panel "D come Differenza, I come Inclusione. I nuovi alfabeti d'impresa" ("D for Difference, I for Inclusion. The new ABC for businesses."), to talk about our new Diversity&Inclusion strategy. Protagonists of the debate were:

  • Maria Sole Aliotta - our Head of Employer Branding, Capability Acquisition and Development, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Simona Cuomo - Associate Professor of Practice of Leadership, Organization & Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Coordinator of the Diversity & Inclusion & Smart Working Observatory
  • Veronica Yoko Plebani - bronze medalist in the 2021 Paralympics Triathlon in Tokyo.

The panel was be moderated by Eva Giovannini, RAI correspondent, presenter of Petrolio and winner of the Altiero Spinelli Award.
