Valeria is the soul of her neighborhood, in addition to actually being its Vice President on the neighborhood council.

She has lived here for 33 years with her family, and knows every change there has been.

Today is an important day for her and her community: Grupo Costanera has begun the installation of new acoustic panels to insulate the neighborhood from traffic noise.

Valeria finds it "spectacular" because - she says - that a night without noise is a good night.

One of her wishes? More people out and about on bicycles or on foot.
