CET 18.46 Rome, 12 May 2022 – The Board of Directors of Atlantia S.p.A., (“Atlantia”), that has met today under the chairmanship of Amb. Giampiero Massolo - with reference to the total voluntary public tender offer pursuant to Articles 102, paragraph 1, and 106, paragraph 4, of the TUF (the "Offer") promoted on April 14, 2022 and concerning the ordinary shares of Atlantia – has appointed BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley International PLC as financial advisors to support the assessments and activities that the Board itself will be called upon to carry out in relation to the Offer.
