CET 19.51 Rome, 22 June 2021 – The rating agency Standard & Poor’s, following Atlantia’s signing of the agreement for the sale of its entire stake held in Autostrade per l'Italia, has upgraded by one notch the credit ratings of Atlantia and Autostrade per l'Italia to “BB” (from “BB-”) with a Positive outlook from Developing. At the same time the credit rating of Aeroporti di Roma improves to “BBB-”(from “BB +”) with a Positive outlook.
