The meeting of Atlantia SpA’s Board of Directors held on 9 June 2011 elected: • the Director, Carlo Malinconico, to serve as a member of the Human Resources Committee, in place of the Director, Alberto Bombassei, who has resigned; • the Director, Alberto Clò, to serve as a member of the Committee of Independent Directors with responsibility for Related Party Transactions, in place of the Director, Alberto Bombassei, who has resigned.
