CET 12.10 Rome, 7 April 2021 – With reference to the General Meeting of Atlantia S.p.A. called on 28 April 2021 to resolve, among others, on the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the years 2021-2023, it is announced that, at the expiry of the deadline extension (6th of April 2021), in addition to the list submitted by the shareholder Sintonia SpA, a second list has been submitted by a group of asset management companies and other institutional investors.
