CET 18.04 Rome, 17 December 2021 – It is announced that, pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Atlantia S.p.A., held on 3 December 2021, are made available to the public at the Company’s registered office in Rome, Piazza di San Silvestro n.8, and on the Company’s website https://www.atlantia.com/en/governance/general-meeting as well as on the authorized storage platform called 1Info (www.1Info.it).

Atlantia S.p.A. also informs that the updated version of the Articles of Association has been registered today within the Companies Register of Rome. The full text of the Articles of Association, highlighting the amendments approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 3 December 2021, is available to the public on the Company’s website https://www.atlantia.com/en/governance and on the authorized storage platform 1Info (www.1Info.it).  

The General Meetings Regulations, approved by the above General Meeting in ordinary session, have also been made available to the public on the same section of the Company’s website and on the authorized storage platform 1Info (www.1Info.it).
