Pursuant to Article 5.1 of the “Terms and Conditions of the Atlantia SpA 2013 Ordinary Share Contingent Value Rights” (hereinafter the “Regulation”), it is hereby announced that on 4 November 2025 the Event of Discharge of Claim occurred, namely the definitive final judgment of ruling no. 893 issued by the Court of Appeal of Florence on 6 March 2025, which confirmed the final acquittal of all defendants in criminal proceedings no. 9147/2007 initiated at the time by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Florence.
As a result, pursuant to Article 4.5 of the Regulation, the DAC (identification code or ISIN IT0004978570) have become invalid in all respects.
