Paris, 25 March 2026 - Abertis, the motorway developer and operator owned by Mundys and ACS, has acquired a 100% stake in the A-63 motorway located in southwest France. Having acquired a 51% stake from AXA nearly a year ago, Abertis has now further increased its investment, acquiring the remaining 49% of the asset from the non-controlling shareholders, HICL Infrastructure, CVC DIF and NGE Autoroutes.
