Rome, 22 April 2016 – The Board of Directors of Atlantia SpA, elected by the Annual General Meeting of 21 April 2016, met today under the chairmanship of Fabio Cerchiai. The Board reconfirmed Giovanni Castellucci’s appointment as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. The Board also assessed, the independence of eight Directors. The Board also elected the members of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, of the Internal Control, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee and of the Committee of Independent Directors with responsibility for Related Party Transactions.
