CET 18.01 Rome, 19 July 2022 – With regard to certain media reports, Atlantia SpA announces that a meeting of the Company’s Nominations, Remuneration and Human Capital Committee will be called in the coming days, ahead of the Board of Directors’ meeting due to be held on 4 August. The Committee will meet to consider a proposal for the mutually agreed termination of the employment of the Chief Executive Officer, Carlo Bertazzo. Any agreement between the Company and Mr Bertazzo will be subject to all the applicable statutory requirements and the market will be kept fully informed. If an agreement is reached, the Board of Directors will begin the process of identifying a successor. In the interim, Mr Bertazzo will continue to lead the Company.
