Adoption of the new Corporate Governance code promoted by Borsa Italiana

CET 19.14 Rome, 21 December 2020. At a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Atlantia resolved, with the favourable opinion of the Control Risk and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company, to adopt the new Corporate Governance Code for listed companies.
