Kathrine is a retired veterinarian from Bristol. She loves to travel and often does it alone because she says it allows her to discover more aspects of the places she visits.

Today is her first day in Santiago. As soon as she arrived in the city, she left her luggage at the hotel and headed to the "Parque de las Esculturas," where she uniquely admires the artworks distributed throughout the park. The sculptures were commissioned and financed by Grupo Costanera, which at the same time built and manages the park.

Kathrine did not know that a highway runs underneath the park and finds it quite clever and a good solution to manage traffic while giving green space to the city.
