Originally from Peru, Julio has lived in Santiago for 20 years.

His job is to bring gas canisters to people's homes.

He has been doing this practically since he arrived here. Unfortunately, however, someone stole the van he used to move around in. So, without wasting too much time, Julio came up with a curious mobile cart, which serves as a rather nimble means of transportation for him to traverse different streets and neighborhoods in Santiago.

For Julio, this is a city always capable of surprises.
