Hector and Juan are brothers-in-law and live in Santiago's barrio Renca, where Grupo Costanera has redeveloped the area and created gathering spaces for young people and families.

In this park there used to be an abandoned and disused area, which over time had become the ideal place for degradation, including social one.

The redevelopments are important to the residents of the area, as spaces for recreation and leisure are created.

Hector and Juan, sports enthusiasts, now come here three times a week to play tennis and experience these spaces together with their families.
