Investors Relations

The Investor Relations Department is responsible for relations with the national and international financial community.

Investor relations provides the market with a timely, complete, and clear quantitative and qualitative representation of the strategies and results of the Group, taking care of financial communication with investors and financial analysts.

Following the delisting of the Company’s ordinary shares from Euronext Milan on 9 December 2022, the Company has retained its status as a Public Interest Entity (PIE) pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 39/2010, due to its bond issuances listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. As of 29 January 2026, the Company has designated Ireland as its home Member State for the purposes of the Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC), reflecting the listing venue of its outstanding bond issuances.
