Enrica Marra is Chief of Staff since 30 July 2026. Previously, from 1 April 2024, she held the position of Chief Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Officer. Is a director of several Group companies. Born in Gagliano del Capo (Lecce), Enrica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
She has a deep and broad experience in risk management, insurance, and business continuity.
Before joining Mundys over the course of her career she has performed both consultancy and corporate roles in Marsh, Pirelli and Brembo. In Mundys Enrica was Chief Risk Officer since December 2020, and afterwards Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Officer since December 2022.
