Rome, 23 June 2014 - The French company, Ecomouv, 70%-owned by the Atlantia Group, with the remaining shares held by Thales, SNCF, SFR and Steria, announces that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the French government. The Memorandum resolves the complex dispute that arose on 29 October 2013, with the government’s decision to postpone introduction of the ecotax (due to come into effect from 1 January 2014).
