CET 15.05 Rome, 29 April 2022 – The Annual General Meeting of Atlantia SpA’s shareholders (AGM), chaired by Fabio Cerchiai, was held today. Shareholders were only permitted to attend the AGM through the Appointed Representative, as specified in the Notice of Call. 77,11% of the issued capital was represented at the AGM.
